Fab-manager business model needs to be customer focused

Fab-manager is a great software, however it is rather hard to install for non-technical people. For the technical people installation via Docker presents security risks and this causes the delays in decision making.
I believe for mass adoption and world wide increase usability of fab-manager, the development team has to be more client-focused other than product based. There are so many things the development team assumes the customers know like knowledge of ruby and advanced linux.

Thanks for your feedback. Until now, we did what we could : Fab Manager has been developped thanks to french public investements. Thats is why this service is completly open source. But these investments are over now. If you have money, or technical skills feel free to contribute to make Fab Manager more client-focused. Any help from the community is always welcomed.
