Fabmanger is not able to send email notification to the user after the account is created. Why? Thanks for your help. Were do you think i need to change?

You need to configure the following environment variables in order to allow emails to be sent:
DEFAULT_HOST, DEFAULT_PROTOCOL, SMTP_ADDRESS, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_USER_NAME & SMTP_PASSWORD
